Property Description
The quotes property sets the type of quote characters to use for embedded quotations.
This property has the following syntax:
quotes: none|string|initial|inherit;

Specifies that the "open-quote" and "close-quote" values of the "content" property will not produce any quotation marks |
string string string string |
Specifies which quotation marks to use. The first two values specifies the first level of quotation embedding, the next two values specifies the next level of quote embedding, etc |

Specifies that the value of the property should be set to the default value |
inherit |
Specifies that the value of the property should be inherited from the parent element |
