Quick launch

Quick Launch is a section of the Microsoft Taskbar that enables a user the ability to launch their programs. This feature was first introduced with the release of Microsoft Windows 98 and is commonly located to the right of the Start button and the left of any windows that are currently open. Below is an example of the Windows Taskbar with the three Quick Launch icons in-between the Start button and the open programs.
