Windows Remote Assistance


Alternatively referred to as Remote Assistance, Windows Remote Assistance is a Microsoft Windows feature introduced with Windows XP, Vista, 7, and all later operating systems that allow someone to remotely connect to your computer or you to remotely connect to someone else's computer to help troubleshoot a problem.
