jQuery.each()


Description

The jQuery.each() function allows for iteration over a jQuery object, executing a function for each matched element.

This function can be used to iterate over any collection.

This function has the form:

jQuery.each(collection,
callback(indexInArray, valueOfElement))
Parameter Description
collection The object or array to iterate over
callback(
indexInArray,
valueOfElement)
The function that will be executed on every object

Return Value

This form returns an Object.
