Description

The jQuery.parseHTML() function parses a string into an array of DOM nodes.

This function has the form:

jQuery.parseHTML(data [, context ] [, keepScripts ])
Parameter Type Description
data String (required) The HTML string to parse
context Element (optional) Specifies the DOM element to serve as the context in which the HTML fragment will be created (default = document)
keepScripts Boolean (optional) Specifies a flag indicating whether to include scripts passed in the HTML string (default = false)

Return Value

This form returns an XMLDocument.
