BIT_XOR()


Description

The BIT_XOR( ) function returns the bitwise XOR for all bits in expression (expr). It returns 0 if there is no matching rows.

This function has the form:

SELECT BIT_XOR(expr)
Parameter Description
expr An expression

Return Value

The bitwise XOR for all bits in expression (expr). It returns 0 if there is no matching rows.

Examples

The following example shows the basic use of this function:

mysql> SELECT BIT_XOR(1);
+------------+
| BIT_XOR(1) |
+------------+
| 1          |
+------------+
1 row in set (0.00 sec)
