STDDEV_POP()


Description

The STDDEV_POP( ) function returns the standard deviation of a population in expr. STD ( ) or STDDEV ( ) can also be used, which is equivalent but not an SQL.

This function has the form:

SELECT STDDEV_POP(expr)
Parameter Description
expr An expression

Return Value

The standard deviation of a population in expr. It returns NULL if there is no matching rows.
