VAR_POP()


Description

The VAR_POP( ) function returns the population standard variance of expr. It considers the entire row as the whole population. VARIANCE ( ) can also be used, though it is not a standard SQL.

This function has the form:

SELECT VAR_POP(expr)

expr An expression

Return Value

Population standard variance of expr.
